I was baptised 9 hours ago.
At The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the London Ontario,Canada 2nd Ward. =)
It was ALL incredible.
Due to some trust issues (long story,I've put it in my past, but I don't need people causing problems) I have posted pictures in my LJ - if you'd like to view them, you can friend me, fill out the form on the only public entry and I'll likely add you back so you can view them. :)

Hello! My name's Alicia. I'm 21 years old, and I live in West Virginia [and have all my teeth to boot!]. The Church is pretty small here, and I'm in a constant search for new LDS friends. All the girls in my ward that are my age are away at school, so it makes socializing tricky. I converted about 2 years ago, and lost most of my friends in the process. Our interests were polarizing, anyway, but my conversion just sealed the deal. They want a friend to go clubbing with or partying with. I'm not that person. I never was, and I stray even further from it, now [obviously]. So, I'm looking for some new friends who share my common interests and goals, and I figured that this would be a good place to start.

I need help!! In our stake, we had a ward that was basically an apartment ward. They never had enogh youth to keep a program that had anything worht going to. So, they split the stake and the wards like 5 times, and still they always ended up with more problems than they started with. (Continued on my page)

Hi, I just joined this community... I'm 16 and have been going to missionary discussions and such. I first went to Church last January. I had a crush on this guy and he asked me to come to church- i didn't know less then a year from then I'd be wondering if I should be baptized. My very close friend who had supported me , he just left on his mission in September. It is odd without him, but I still lover going to church and mutual. My family is TOTALLY against me becoming a member, but I want to be. I have prayed a lot about this and have been reading the BOM,but I don't think I'm old enough to be making a life changing decision. ...Any suggestions?

~Thank you for your comments in advanced.

I was just wondering how many of yall are converts and how many were born in the church. If you are a convert what made you join and how did you find out about the church. If you born into the church did you ever consider leaving?
